Membership

Become a member of MVHS

Each membership includes:

  • A 25% member discount on all payments to the temple above $175 (excluding Mahotsavam and Bhavanotsavam)
  • The right to vote in MVHS elections and to nominate members to the Management Committee
  • Newsletters and AGM reports
  • The right to stand for the MVHS Committee
  • A say at the Annual General Meeting on the temple's services and facilities

New members must be nominated by an existing member of the same class and seconded by another. Please complete the application form and send it to templeoffice@mvhs.org.au.

Ordinary membership

One-time fee
$1,000

For life. Not transferable.

Life membership

One-time fee
$5,000

For life. Transferable to another person, usually a family member.

Trustee membership

One-time fee
$20,000

Approved by the Board of Trustees. Transferable, usually to a family member.

Fees may be changed by the Management Committee or Board of Trustees.

Volunteering

Become a temple volunteer

Help with garlands, the canteen, festivals, cleaning or the car park. Register your details with the temple office on 0404 099 444 or templeoffice@mvhs.org.au, and we will contact you.
