Into vertical construction
Bulk excavation is complete, and the basement retention works have been inspected with Regulation 126 compliance issued by the consultants. The project is progressing with proactive risk management.
- Basement retention completed: an essential foundation milestone.
- Bulk excavation finished on time under challenging conditions.
- Community first: clean roads and footpaths, upgraded nature strips and compliant stormwater measures.
- Constructive collaboration with the Conyers Street community, childcare operators and local businesses.
- Design rigour: transparent tracking of design updates and the permit secured despite evolving requirements.
- Safety & quality: zero incidents and no QA non-compliances this period.

Financial snapshot
An expected over-run of about $150k is being offset by procurement gains of about $120k to date (ex GST). Monthly cashflow from December to May ranges from about $90k to $520k as works move into services and the superstructure.
